Hello there,
I was given a recipe for Spanish rice that said to brown the rice in olive oil, then add onions and garlic. In another pot you are supposed to combine chicken stock, tomato paste, oregano and salt. I tried to make this three different times, and even though it looked right, the rice itself was crunchy. This is not the first time I have tried to make the rice, but every time I do, it turns out yucky... I need help.
