By using Spain Talking (Spain Talking) in any way you are agreeing to comply with these terms, which we may update without notice and encourage you to check back here at any time. To use Spain Talking, you must be legally competent to enter a binding agreement.
Data Collection.
Spain Talking collects limited non-identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This information includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time of your query and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information for security purposes only.
Some of our services such as Forums, Classified and Directory listings require that you register as a member. Spain Talking asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address and a password for your account) this information is used solely for providing the service. Advertising programs, sponsored listings require credit card or other payment information which we or our payment providers maintain in encrypted form on secure servers.
Cookies
Spain Talking uses cookies for security purposes. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. Links entered in the Directory, Classifieds, Forums and other sections of Spain Talking lead to web sites which may place cookies on your computer to collect data or personal information, these web sites are notunder the control or owned by Spain Talking. Spain Talking is not responsible nor liable for cookies placed by these web sites on your computer.
We provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. We do not control these sites and resources, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for any aspects of those sites, including their availability, content, accuracy, legality or delivery of services. You waive any claim resulting from your exposure to material on or through the Spain Talking that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable. You must be at least 18 to view adult-oriented areas of the Spain Talking.
Spain Talking, its owners, and staff do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any listing in the Spain Talking Directory, and are not responsible for the contents of any web site or page linked to via a listing or cached by the Spain Talking spider (robot).
Owners and Webmasters of the listed web sites or web pages remain solely responsible for the content of their web sites or pages, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spaintalking.com its owners, agents, co-branders, partners and employees with respect to any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content published in their web site/s.

Spain Talking, its owners, and staff do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any content such as video, photographic or any type of content uploaded or added to Spain Talking by Members (registered users) or ("non-registered users" should they illegally upload or add content), and are not responsible for the contents of any such content or page linked to via such content, listing or cached by the Spain Talking spider (robot).
Members and "non-registered users" remain solely responsible for their uploaded or added content, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spaintalking.com its owners, agents, co-branders, partners and employees with respect to any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content they publish upload or add to Spain Talking.
Content, Use, And Operation of Spain Talking
